Duties/Responsibilities

• Project scheduling, budgeting, risk management and quality control
• Establish project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths
• Coordinate with PM, procurement, and site teams for schedule alignment
• Track daily/weekly progress and update schedules accordingly
• Prepare look‑ahead programs and highlight potential delays
• Monitor productivity, resource usage, and site constraints
• Forecast manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
• Ensure resource allocation aligns with project timelines
• Identify shortages and propose corrective actions
• Coordinate material availability with site execution plans
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Prepare snagging schedules and close‑out timelines

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Expertise in AutoCAD
• Proven working experience in project planning and scheduling in a construction field with a minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience
• In-depth knowledge of the Building construction industry and site activities
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, documents, and deadlines
• Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
• Fluency in English is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
