1. Distribute progress templates to internal teams and subcontractors. Follow up on late submissions and perform initial data entry into P6

2. Assist Senior Engineers with weekly schedule updates

3. Maintain the master schedule records, baseline versions, and archive historical data to ensure a clean audit trail for potential future claims

4. Assist in generating standard charts, histograms, and dashboards for the weekly report

5. Other tasks project control as instructed by managers.

1. Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of planning, scheduling, or project control experience in the construction industry.

Strong English communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments.

2. Professional Competency Wise

Schedule Maintenance: Proficient in executing weekly schedule updates in Primavera P6, applying actual start/finish dates, updating remaining durations, and adjusting logic based on field feedback.

Data Administration: Meticulous in distributing progress templates, following up on late submissions, and performing initial data entry and validation.

Document Control: Ability to maintain master schedule records, archive baseline versions, and ensure a clean audit trail for historical data.

Basic Reporting: Competent in generating standard charts, resource histograms, and dashboards to support weekly reporting.

Adaptability & Pressure: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively during high-pressure periods without compromising data accuracy.

3. Qualifications

Solid proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or equivalent entry-level project management certification is a plus.

Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.

4. Experience Related

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in schedule updating, progress tracking, and data collection for construction projects.

Experience working directly with subcontractors to collect and validate weekly progress data.

Prior involvement in generating 3-week and 3-month lookahead schedules for site execution teams.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
