1) The candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years related experience in U.A.E and able to join immediately.
2) University degree preferably civil engineering.
3) Good knowledge of engineering/design scope, job working instruction / procedures.
4) Good project control practices in planning and scheduling and overall awareness of civil & Fit out projects.
5) Ability to follow verbal and or written instructions.
6) Ability to work under stress and handle stressful situations and meet deadlines.
7) Good report writing abilities.
8) Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers.
9) Strong team work attitude and ability to motivate the team members.
10) Excellent experience in specialized planning & scheduling software utilization (Primavera and MS Project)
11) Knowledge of design standards and procedures highly required.
12) Awareness of contracts is required.
13) Excellent planning and analytical skills.
15) Excellent Time Management skills.
16) Valid UAE driving license.
17) Good command of English speaking and writing skills is a must with knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
18) Candidates from India and Philippines will have the preferences however other nationalities of experienced applicants could be considered.
