Requirements:

• 3-5 years of UAE experience in the field of contracting/construction, preferably in landscaping and swimming pool projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Excellent budgeting and cost control abilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, and recovery plans when required.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and report variances.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather progress data.
• Analyze delays and identify critical paths, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting schedule status, progress, and recommendations.
• Support project teams in preparing manpower histograms, equipment schedules, and cash flow forecasts.
• Participate in project meetings to provide planning and scheduling input.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
• Assist in claims preparation by providing delay analysis and supporting documents.
