Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programmes, detailed work schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays and critical activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and progress presentations.
• Track manpower, equipment, materials, and construction activities against project requirements.
• Identify potential scheduling risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Review project progress and assist in preparing extension-of-time claims and delay analysis when required.
• Ensure planning activities align with project milestones, contractual requirements, and construction priorities.
