Landscape planning Engineer Responsibilities & Duties

  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Coordinating with project managers and other team members to align project objectives and strategies
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, proposing solutions when necessary
  • Tracking and analyzing project progress, adjusting schedules as required
  • Estimating costs and resources required for projects
  • Ensuring all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Providing technical support and advice to the project team
  • Generating project reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Working closely with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to negotiate costs and schedules.
  • Design, plan and execute complex landscape projects as per schedule, including site analysis, schematic design, and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Provide technical support for all stages of project development and construction
  • Prepare cost estimates, construction schedules and specifications.
  • Supervise the construction and installation of projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes

Landscape planning Engineer Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience with planning and landscape design software.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and green building standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience working with a diverse range of projects including urban parks, residential areas, and commercial spaces.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in landscape architecture and urban planning
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
  • Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant enginerring.
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in landscape project’s planning and engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont
