Communication Internal Communication: Manager - Planning Superintendent - Production Foreman Administration/Estimation Central Stores and Procurement Purpose: To advise on the progress of all work under his/her control To perform routine project coordination tasks in terms of manpower allocation in support of production activities To coordinate for subcontractor manpower To follow up between production team and central stores & procurement for materials requirement External Communication: N/A Purpose: N/A Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

Responsibilities

The Planning Engineer advises on the progress of controlled work and performs routine project coordination tasks, including manpower allocation for production activities and coordinating subcontractor manpower. They are also responsible for following up on material requirements between the production team and procurement.
