We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our Kalgoorlie Operations. Various positions are available across our sites, including the KCGM Super Pit, Mt Charlotte, Fimiston Underground, Kanowna Belle and South Kalgoorlie Operations. These residential roles operate on an 8/6 roster. Offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment in one of Australia’s premier gold mining regions.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with a mine design software – preferably Deswik CAD and IS.
• Underground production and planning experience in a mechanised hard-rock underground mine.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices.
• Awareness of the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulation 2022.
• Underground time completed.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering.
• Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence (Manual).
• St John’s Senior First Aid certificate (desirable).
