Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for ELV & ICT scope aligned with the main contractoru2019s baseline program (Primavera P6). Load resources such as manpower, materials, and costs into schedules for resource-loaded planning. Prepare and present progress reports, efficiency analyses, and dashboards using Excel and project management tools. Monitor actual progress, update schedules regularly, and prepare latest forecasts reflecting project realities. Coordinate ELV/ICT works with MEP, civil, and architectural activities to ensure smooth workflow. Support the preparation and submission of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including delay analysis and documentation. Analyze schedule variances, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to management. Assist in procurement scheduling and ensure alignment with construction milestones. Provide detailed reporting for internal teams and client stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proficient in project documentation and reporting. Commercial awareness and contract management knowledge. Demonstrated resilience and efficiency in high-pressure environments with aggressive timelines.
