Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

• Supervise and manage planning activities for multiple projects simultaneously
• Prepare, review, and update baseline, target, and recovery programs
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and deviations
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with the approved programme
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports, including narratives and dashboards
• Analyze delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including cause–effect analysis and supporting documents
• Review contractor schedules, progress updates, and planning submissions
• Support management with planning advice, forecasts, and mitigation measures
• Ensure planning data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with contract requirements
