QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in EPC projects, Oil & Gas project experience in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, creating work breakdown structures (WBS) and defining project milestones.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management, highlighting any potential delays or risks, and propose corrective actions.
Plan and allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to ensure timely project execution while staying within budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that any issues related to timeline, resources, or scope changes are addressed promptly.
Coordinate with stakeholders including project teams, contractors, and clients to communicate schedule changes and resolve issues.
Assess the impact of changes to scope, schedule, or budget, and update the project plan to reflect those changes.
Ensure compliance with documentation standards by maintaining up-to-date records of schedules, revisions, and changes.
Provide technical support for project planning processes, offering expertise in project scheduling and resource optimization within the oil and gas industry.
