We are seeking a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer with strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and a proven background in construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and ensuring timely project execution in line with client requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong command of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and site practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and extension of time (EOT) justifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect progress data and updates.
• Monitor project progress and highlight deviations or delays to management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports in accordance with project requirements.
• Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule.
• Support claims and variation submissions with planning data and documentation.
• Attend project meetings and provide inputs regarding planning and scheduling matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and client requirements related to planning and reporting.
