Job Description:

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing Level 2 to Level 4 construction schedule in Primavera, Planning Projects within allocated budget and resources within the established timeline.
• Monitor progress, schedules and plans for new proposals of Projects.
• Prepare progress S Curve, coordinate and attend meetings with clients and contractors..
• Prepare project progress summary.
• Prepares scheduling documents & construction document planning documentation for tender & project execution
• Performs project performance analysis including earned value through analysis of man-hour resources including productivity of third parties
• Prepares progress reporting, developing and updating progress curves and briefing materials as required to measure and assess progress
• Maintain logical schedules in software Primavera P6 to determine problem areas and alert project team to critical scheduling issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years experience is required for this position.
• Must have experience in level 4 planning
• Must have Working Experience in Primavera P6.
• Experience on Tender Submissions will be an added advantage.
• Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects.
