Dunes Construction Hiring a Planning Engineer Location: El Sheikh Zayed – Waslet Dahshour Site Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday to Thursday) Experience Required: 1–3 Years Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering About the Role: We are seeking a Planning Engineer / Project Control Engineer to join our team and support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities across various projects. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Prepare and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against the approved baseline. Update schedules and prepare progress reports and dashboards. Identify schedule deviations and propose mitigation and recovery plans. Participate in progress meetings with stakeholders and contractors. Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and documentation when required. Perform resource loading, manpower planning, and productivity tracking. Assist in risk assessment and planning to minimize project delays and cost overruns Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture). 1–3 years of experience in planning and project control. Good knowledge of project planning principles and reporting. Experience in infrastructure, residential, commercial. Strong communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
The Planning Engineer will develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track project progress against the approved baseline. They will also participate in progress meetings and support claims and documentation as needed.
