Desired Candidate Profile

• 
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in *Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field*.
  • *Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer.*
  • *Interior Fit-Out / Joinery experience is mandatory.*
  • Strong hands-on experience in planning and scheduling for *multiple interior fit-out projects*.
  • Advanced knowledge of *Primavera P6*; MS Project knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in *Microsoft Excel*, including project trackers, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain *centralized dashboards showing multiple project progress in a single view*.
  • Strong knowledge of baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis, progress measurement, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
  • Experience tracking *design, shop drawings, material approvals, procurement, site execution, inspections, snagging, and handover*.
  • Good understanding of interior fit-out project execution, sequencing, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Experience preparing *S-curves, progress reports, KPIs, productivity reports, and management dashboards*.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and validate project data from different teams and sites.
  • Strong coordination skills with Project Managers, Site Teams, Design, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, and other departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of *Power BI* or other business intelligence/dashboard tools is an added advantage.
  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
