Job Description Develop all types of plans and guarantee their rationality and executability. Monitor plan implementation, proactively report deviations in a timely manner and issue effective early warnings. Track and supervise manpower deployment for production, document, analyze and report all constraints that may impact the project schedule. Cooperate and coordinate with teams on tendering and other related work. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of planning experience in offshore engineering or large-scale engineering projects. Proven hands-on experience in developing overall EPC master schedules for at least one complete project; capable of independently preparing tender and project schedules. Proficient in planning management software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Good written and verbal English proficiency for daily work; able to compile tender schedules in English. Prior experience in offshore module construction or similar complex projects is preferred.
