We are looking for a Planning Engineer for our Wastewater Treatment team. The work will involve: Developing our wastewater treatment facility plans and supporting the delivery of the AMP (Asset Management Plan) to schedule Delivering the pre-feasibility phases of our project lifecycle planning activities and ensuring we are running to schedule Providing technical support input into the feasibility phases of our project lifecycle. Ensuring we are delivering infrastructure/service delivery outcomes that meet our business, community, mana whenua, stakeholder and operational expectations. Ensuring that operational and construction Health and Safety are an integral component of the feasibility phases of our project delivery. Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you To be successful in these roles, you will have a strong work ethic, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a strong project management capability. You are an excellent communicator, who enjoys a challenge. Your skills and background also includes: Degree qualified (likely civil, mechanical or process engineering) 3+ years relevant experience, preferably in infrastructure planning Wastewater treatment plant design and modelling experience. A working knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies. Excellent communication skills. An analytical mind that can think laterally and challenge the status quo.
