Job Responsibility: - Coordinate with the estimation and quantity surveying teams to prepare the BOQ. Client ERP preparation based on approved Billing schedule by client. - Create a Material Procurement Schedule (MPS) linked to project milestones and activity start dates. - Integrate material delivery timelines with project activities. - Coordinated with QA/QC teams to ensure timely inspection and approval of delivered materials before installation. - Participated in weekly review meetings to report inspection status of long-lead and critical-path materials. - Preparation of COO (Certificate of Operation), TOC (Taking Over Certificate) Certificates. - Preparation of Final Measurement, ERP, Price Schedule at the end stage of project. Responsibilities

The Planning Engineer will coordinate with estimation and quantity surveying teams to prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and create a Material Procurement Schedule linked to project milestones. They will also ensure timely inspection and approval of materials and participate in weekly review meetings.
