An opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer/Associate with between 1-4 years’ PQE to join out Sydney Planning & Environment team working with Aaron Gadiel.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a planning and environment lawyer with between 1-4 years’ experience from a reputable practice or in-house role. Interstate applicants (intending to relocate to Sydney) will be considered. The successful applicant will be an integral member of a cohesive team and would need to be a great team player. You will have excellent legal advice skills, come with a high degree of technical ability and have strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

We have a requirement for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Planning and Environment team in Sydney working closely with Aaron Gadiel. The team is rated ‘First Tier’ by the Doyles Guide and represents more development proponents in Land and Environment Court merit appeals than any other law firm.
You will work closely with Aaron on a wide range of planning and environment law matters, including merit appeals, class 4 proceedings, compulsory acquisition and planning agreements. You will have an opportunity to thrive in this very busy team. You will principally be working for development proponents. The role involves a healthy mix of advice and litigation work.
