The Role Step into a newly created high-impact role as our Planning & Execution Lead within the Service & Experience Business Unit. Reporting to the Business Product Owner of Service Transformation, you’ll set the pace of how we work, managing our backlog, delivery cadence, and ways of working to ensure our team is always moving forward. Key responsibilities: Represent the Service Transformation Team connecting strategy to execution excellence Embed agile ways of working and embed delivery practices tailored to business needs Own and maintain the team’s Service Transformation backlog, prioritising initiatives and operational tasks for maximum impact Facilitate planning cadences, stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases to drive momentum and transparency Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track progress, risks, and outcomes Coordinate cross-functional inputs, manage dependencies, and ensure readiness for delivery Engage stakeholders across the business, fostering alignment and clear communication About You You’re a proactive, driven and organised individual who thrives in dynamic environments and loves developing plans that put strategy into action. What you’ll bring: Lived experience of how technology, process and people work together create excellent Service and Experience outcomes Proven experience in backlog management, delivery coordination, or agile facilitation Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams Experience with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and a knack for reporting and tracking delivery metrics Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and exposure to business transformation or application lifecycle management (desirable) Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A collaborative, outcome-oriented approach and a genuine passion for making things better—for our team and our members The US way UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
