EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven track record of high performance and results
• Experience in Forecast planning, Data Analysis, Finance or Marketing
• Fluency in spoken and written English

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL / LEADERSHIP SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
• Conceptual business understanding
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI and Power Point

WHAT ARE THE KEY OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS ROLE?

As a Strategic Planning Executive, you will play a crucial part of the planning process for Nordics, monitor and analyse performance of market performance, own the sales volume and share forecast for the assigned market(s).
You will be expected to work closely with colleagues from all departments across BAT and drive the commercial agenda with responsibility and ownership. With a steep learning curve and your own projects from the beginning, it will allow you to develop your career with support at every step of the journey, including on-going feedback and coaching.
The role is based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen close to the Central Station and beautiful harbour. Delicious breakfast and lunch are provided daily, and we also have an office gym, ping pong table, games, and many social events!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Analysing sales, market share, and market potential within the assigned market(s)
• Delivering and Communicating share and volume forecasts across categories
• Reviewing historical trends, demand drivers, insights and evaluate forecast results
• Provide input to our Brand and Trade teams on existing items and new products and evaluate performance
• Support business cases with excellent benchmarking
• Manage monthly planning cycles (SOP) in close collaboration with Line Manager and colleagues
• Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
