Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Installations and Planning Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of fitting services by managing the day-to-day scheduling of our field-based teams. You’ll act as the vital link between our customers, fitters, and internal departments—making sure everything runs like clockwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule fitters to customer installations across the UK, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with customers and internal teams
  • Collect and input key data to support accurate reporting on fittings and installations
  • Process remedials and follow-ups as required to maintain service quality
  • Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers and fitters to ensure satisfaction
