• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software supporting the company’s ADAS technology, focusing on behavior planning and motion planning modules
• Manage the daily tasks of the development team in utilizing modern planning algorithms
• Translate automotive industry requirements into practical algorithmic solutions
• Follow agile development methodologies and the V-Model for developing motion planning modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the integration and vehicle control teams, to integrate motion planning algorithms into ADAS systems
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
