• 10–12 years in construction planning and project controls.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project cost management is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

PURPOSE

Provide reliable project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to enable informed decision-making and timely completion of works, strong knowledge on EoT claims.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain the master construction programme using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Review, comment, and ultimately approve Contractor’s baseline and/or revised programs in coordination with COO.
• Track progress against the baseline, identifying delays early.
• Coordinate updates with site teams and consultants.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with KPIs and critical path analysis.
• Support claims and delay analysis with accurate planning data.
• Standardize reporting formats and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Check and prepare defence against EoT claims raised by contractors
