JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics Manager to lead and optimise our operations within our packaging manufacturing facility. This critical role will oversee production planning, raw material and finished goods warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, particularly in fast-paced, high-volume, quality focused environments. You will be tasked to drive efficiency, accuracy, and assist in cost-effectiveness across the supply chain. As a member of the management team, you will be key in helping deliver the growth plans of the business and ensure the company remains a market leader in the packaging sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher Level Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory management, and logistics software.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, optimise processes, and drive efficiency.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., health & safety, import/export compliance).
