Description
Develop, maintain and evaluate accuracy of forecasting tools for DC inventory capacity and transportation capacity planning. Work across Market Leads and global Supply Chain functions to scale solutions towards a global standard. Champion a shift from reactive to proactive Logistics capacity management. Drive cost efficiencies by bringing data into DC labor planning strategies and inbound and outbound transportation utilization improvements. Manage and drive improvements in TCE program for North America, driving improvements in governance, cost visibility and operational enhancements. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, cost-effectiveness and resiliency. Support Logistics reporting requirements in alignment in overarching data strategies and standards. Identify and drive implementation for automation opportunities in team processes. Lead and mentor a team spanning U.S. and Mexico sites. Complexity Uses managerial concepts and company objectives to resolve issues in creative and effective ways. Salary: The pay range for this role is $93,150 to $139,650 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
