GENEPHARM SA, a leading european generic pharmaceutical company, with an impressive international customer base, seeks to appoint: Planning & Logistics Officer (Ref.: P&L/25) Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Preparing alternative production schedules and action plans to achieve the best possible production scenario to cut costs and keep production and packaging lines running smoothly. Support manufacturing by creating production schedules that reconcile production capacity with demand, following the factory’s master schedule. Assist in implementing systematic solutions to control inventory flow, minimize shortages. Facilitate the timely planning of deliveries. Support the demand planning and forecasting process. Monitor the supply and logistic activity using ERP Systems Other projects, assignments, and duties as required. The applicant should have: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics or relevant field is required. 1-3 years’ work experience in a Pharma Company at a similar position Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills Be able to handle multiple tasks/projects, meeting deadlines.
