Position Summary

The American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking an Officer – Planning, Assessment and KPI Management to support the Institutional Effectiveness Department in coordinating institutional planning activities, assessment processes, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring across the University.

• The successful candidate will assist in the implementation and monitoring of the University's strategic plan, institutional effectiveness framework, and assessment initiatives. The role will support data-informed decision-making by tracking performance indicators, preparing reports, coordinating assessment activities, and ensuring alignment between institutional goals, operational plans, and accreditation requirements.
