Joining ALTEN Morocco means becoming part of an ecosystem of excellence and benefiting from: A personalized and evolving career path An ambitious skills development policy A stimulating, collaborative, and meaningful work environment Description du poste Builds the project/program master (general)schedule in accordance with the Product Development Process (PDP) Defines, coordinates and monitors the stakeholders’ activities/deliverables involved in the project and ensures consistency withthe masterschedule Defines and implements the project Launch Plan i.e. launch dates, mix and volumes for all destinations Builds with the suitable stakeholders the detailed convergence of the project/program validation plan according to the allocated Means budget Monitors the pre-series means from their inventory to their delivery to the customers (complete and partial means, additionalparts list) Manages the project validation pool of vehicles Leads with the project/program stakeholders the project contract convergence for headcount and means Allocates the pluriannual headcount budget according to project schedule. For a program, does the breakdown for each project. Monitors the project progress and setsup action plan with the project team in case of deviation on deliverables,timingor headcount Defines and sets up the tool IT environment for project timing management (IT structure, milestones,…) Operationally manages the planning specialists assigned on the project /program Coordinates, for each project phase the following monitoring processes: roadmap, standard week, preparation phase workshops and milestone planning Monitors the right level of vehicle codification per build phase with Engineering departments Elaborates and manages preventive or curative action plans necessary to the achievement of time -resources objectives, leaning on a formalized risks analysis procedure in relation with Project Quality Manager. Applies project management processes and procedures, coordinates the lesson learnedper phase for continuous improvement in the planning skills Qualifications Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering Experience within Stellantis Knowledge of PLM Proficiency in Excel Familiarity with Gantt / MS Project Hard Skills Lead the achievement of project timing, labor, and validation objectives for the vehicle Implement and coordinate general and detailed project scheduling (by phase) to ensure consistency in execution Ensure that labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are met Manage vehicle build plans and delivery to support validation requirements Manage the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with Brand(s), Plant(s), and Purchasing Department Informations complémentaires You are rigorous, creative, and curious, and you enjoy working as part of a team while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.
