We are seeking a talented and motivated Planning Manager to join our company. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Planning/Operations roles within the semiconductor industry. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data-driven decision making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, NPI (New Product Introduction), and material planning systems. Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems, AI-driven tools, and data analysis platforms for supply chain management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Skills Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing people and tasks in a matrix environment. Highly independent, proactive, and responsible. Exceptional attention to detail and strong execution skills. Education B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management (or equivalent practical experience). Responsibilities Lead supply and demand planning for all company products. Develop, maintain, and monitor production plans, balancing business opportunities with potential risks. Build and manage ERP-based planning tools to support operational efficiency. Create and manage internal demand processes within the ERP system. Coordinate and oversee material movements between global production sites. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) by implementing new products into the ERP system. Manage product lifecycle activities in Agile, including finished goods item management. Gather requirements from internal teams and collaborate with the information systems team to develop new tools and enhance existing ones.
Responsibilities
