Description
JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to become a vital part of our team. As a joint venture of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is at the forefront of delivering transformative social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules to enhance project delivery and efficiency, ensuring that we meet the ambitious goals outlined in Vision 2030. Primary Responsibilities Design and maintain comprehensive project schedules that reflect realistic timelines and resource allocation. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive the successful execution of project plans. Analyze project performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address potential delays or issues. Facilitate regular planning meetings to communicate updates, milestones, and areas for concern. Work closely with risk management teams to identify potential scheduling risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Mentor and guide junior planning staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and practices. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of proven experience in project planning, especially in large-scale civil infrastructure projects. Proficient in project scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving project processes. Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with diverse groups. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team. Understanding of project risk management and the ability to apply it in real-world scenarios.
