The project: We are expanding our Planning and Project Controls capability in Australia as we continue to support a growing portfolio of major public sector and private sector programmes. Our planners work across a diverse mix of sectors - including health, arts and culture, precinct development, defence, aviation, and live entertainment - providing schedule leadership from early business case and tender development through to delivery and completion. You will join a high performing, fast growing service line that is supporting some of the most significant programmes in the region. Many of these commissions involve early stage planning, tender programme development, schedule assurance, and client side advisory - giving you the opportunity to shape outcomes from day one. You’ll be responsible for: Champions Safety First, ensuring compliance across safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and regulatory standards. Applies strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations across the project portfolio. Drives delivery of key assignments, aligning planning performance with strategic objectives. Supports effective planning of projects and tenders, ensuring accurate scheduling and monitoring. Contributes to contract development, negotiations, and long-term functional strategy. Fosters collaboration, inclusive culture, and stakeholder engagement across project teams. You’ll need to have: Right to work in Australia or ability to obtain. Proven planning experience in construction, infrastructure, or property sectors. Proficient in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project. Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and sustainability awareness.
