Experience working on Primavera He has experience in decoration works … ceiling, partition ( BIM & AUTODESK NAVIS )

• Estimating and implementing the Project plan (Baseline Program). Preparing and monitoring the progress (Planned, Actual, Project cash flow). Handling Planning matters during the contract termination. Evaluation of disruption claims and assists to evaluate EOT claims. Preparation of monthly reports and submits to the Engineer/Employer. Attending progress meetings. Preparing contractual correspondences, and replies. Evaluating project schedule performance and identify developing problem areas. Preparing Risk Register. Assisting on preparations of cost plans at various design development stages. Assisting tender evaluation and finalizing tender reports. Preparation of tender Programs. Implementing value engineering proposals to meet the initial budgetary requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per mont
