What this job involves: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Manager to join our PDS team in KSA. What your day-to-day will look like: Maintain schedule baselines and implement performance monitoring mechanisms. Lead the Project Controls team to collaborate with the Project Manager, supervision consultants, and main contractors to review progress reports. Monitor on-site progress and verify contractor-submitted reports. Lead the Project Controls team in schedule-related meetings and associated processes. Review project status with Project Management team and recommend corrective actions. Ensure integration of sub-schedules from all project parties. Review and comment on contractor-submitted EOT (Extension of Time) claims. Analyze time impact of scope changes or variations requested by client or contractor. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. 8-12 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling. Proficiency in Primavera P6 software. PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is highly advantageous. Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to Use a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and to communicate solutions in an effective, efficient, high-level manner. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
