Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Planning Manager with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of construction planning experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proven expertise in using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices.
- Experience working in the UAE construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- Utilize advanced scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage project plans.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and generate regular progress reports for management.
- Implement effective change management processes to accommodate project modifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior planning team members.
