PROJECT PLANNING & SCHEDULING:Develop, monitor, and update project master programmes , baseline schedules, and look-ahead plans.Work with stakeholders to define project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths using planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6 , MS Project).Ensure schedules are aligned with contract specifications, resource availability, and productivity targets.
PROGRESS MONITORING & REPORTING:Track project performance and schedule progress, highlighting deviations and recommending recovery actions.Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for clients, consultants, and senior management.Lead project coordination and planning meetings to review progress, issues, and next steps.
COORDINATION & INTEGRATION:Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with schedule.Integrate subcontractor schedules and ensure overall consistency with the master programme.Interface with authorities such as BCA, LTA, PUB , etc., for required scheduling and reporting compliance.
DELAY ANALYSIS & RISK MANAGEMENT:Perform delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) claims preparation in coordination with contract teams.
