Manage Backend Network and Routing Optimization Consolidate data input to define backend network in CSM Shape and optimize backend network using NCO Manage feedback from global backend sites, BUs and corporate or/and global planning groups Manage and ensure accuracy of inputs into CSM Manage Capacity Supermodel (CSM) Perform analysis to verify model accuracy Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science. Detailed oriented Strong decision-making skills using data analysis techniques Confirmed problem-solving, decision-making, and financial skills Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization Able to influence others using creative approaches Ability to promote creative ideas and accept the risks required to lead change Possesses project management and business process management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently
