Purpose of role: Planning & Operations Executive responsible to drive end-to-end planning excellence across demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management to achieve high service levels with minimal waste, optimized working capital, and strong cross-functional alignment for Blackmores Thailand business. Responsibilities include: * Work with the Head of Supply Chain to develop and implement demand planning strategies, policies, and procedures. * Assist in the development and execution of demand forecasts, incorporating inputs from sales, marketing, operations, and finance. * Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and historical data to enhance forecast accuracy and identify potential demand risks and opportunities. * Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence, customer insights, and promotional plans to support accurate demand forecasting. * Conduct regular demand planning meetings with key stakeholders to review and adjust forecast models, evaluate assumptions, and drive consensus on future demand projections. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock-outs and excess inventory, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. * Closely liaise with distributor in Thailand on operation related matters including shipment arrival, managing backorder, new item creation, product recall and work on stock transfer / Inter branch transfer. * Coordinate with freight forwarders to manage inbound shipments and ensure timely importation of products, accompanied by all required documentation. Who are you? * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in planning, operations, or inventory management, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or retail sectors in operations/supply chain. * Strong analytical skills with ability to adapt * Good attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure with a growth mindset and continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills & confidence to speak with internal and external stakeholders * Self-starter with the ability to work independently * Demonstrate strong planning, organisational, and analytical capability * Effectively operates in a cross‑cultural business environment Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
