We’re looking for a brilliant new Planning & Operations Executive to join our dynamic Commercial Partnerships team at BAFTA!
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering world-class brand activations across the iconic BAFTA events calendar. From the red carpet to behind-the-scenes, you’ll bring partner campaigns to life; seamlessly blending creativity and operational excellence to ensure every brand experience reflects the prestige and magic of BAFTA.
You’ll lead the charge on planning and logistics, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to keep everything running smoothly. Think production schedules, activation timelines, and on-the-ground delivery at flagship events like the BAFTA Film, TV, and Games Awards, this is where the spotlight shines.
A natural organiser and confident communicator, you’ll transform strategic partnerships into unforgettable branded moments. Plus, you’ll stay ahead of the game on contracts and renewals, helping the team plan 12 months ahead to keep everything on track.

  • You’ll have experience in project coordination or operations within a fast paced events, partnerships or brand environment.

  • You’re a confident communicator who enjoys working with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels
  • You’ve got a proactive mind-set and a passion for making things run smoothly behind the scenes
  • You’ll have excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple long-term projects simultaneously.
