The qualifications, skills and experience suited to this role:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
• Experience in a financial or management accounting position
• In depth knowledge and understanding of the application of finance accounting standards and reporting requirements
• Knowledge of budget processes and financial analysis that supports operational finance planning and reporting
• Ability to link the business activity into financial assumptions within the planning and reporting process, adding value and context to analysis
• Proven ability in presenting data in a simple, yet sophisticated manner that is relevant to stakeholders
• Desire to develop effective standardised / automated management accounting and reporting processes
• Knowledge of operating within an internal controls framework
