ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or operations within a biotech, pharma, or food ingredients environment.
• Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships, ensuring alignment across functions including Commercial, RD, and Finance.
• Experience managing cross-functional communication around logistics and planning, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Ability to foster a high-performance culture within the supply chain team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience running Key Performance Indicators metrics on Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of SOP, demand planning, and supplier management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to coach and influence colleagues across functions, even outside direct reporting lines, to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Track record of managing ERP systems and driving process/system improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
