Description
We’re on the lookout for a Planning and Programme Coordinator to play a vital role supporting the UK & ROI Planning and Programmes team.  A hand’s on coordination role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complex activity, keeping work on track and helping others deliver projects. You’ll provide the day‑to‑day coordination that keeps plans, actions, risks and dependencies current and visible, working closely with the Senior Commercial Programme and Project Manager acting as a reliable point of coordination within the leadership and delivery teams, to help support them and deliver a range of projects. A varied role that could include anything from preparing governance forums, coordinating packs and pre‑reads, tracking decisions and actions, and maintaining clear information flow across delivery and design activity.  You’ll support planning activity across our Optics, Audiology, Domiciliary, Contact Lenses, Medical Optics and Newmedica businesses, maintaining risk and action tracking, and support leaders with well‑structured information, meeting preparation and clear summaries. You’ll also play a key role in planning cadences and cross‑category coordination, tracking inputs, chasing updates and helping keep plans and progress visible across teams. Day to day, you’ll coordinate meetings and workshops, manage documents and version control, flag risks early, and balance competing priorities to keep momentum moving.   You’ll be highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure, comfortable working across multiple teams and programmes, and trusted to bring structure, consistency and reliability to complex work. You will need strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work cross functionally juggling multiple priorities and projects. If you have experience working with multiple projects and leading coordination, we would love to hear from you!    We may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications, so don’t delay and apply today!    #Li-EB1
