PLANNING & PROPOSITION MANAGER – FTC (6 MONTHS)

Location: UK / Ireland / Gibraltar (remote considered)
We’re looking for a Planning & Proposition Manager to join tombola on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the strategic planning and execution of key marketing campaigns across Q4 2025 and Q1 2026.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on project management, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering integrated campaigns that connect with our players, drive demand, and elevate tombola’s brand in market.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to campaign planning, creative development, and copywriting
  • Strong background in direct-to-consumer (D2C) environments
  • Proven experience analysing campaign results and using insight to inform strategy

Responsibilities
  • Planning & project management of key campaigns across H2 2025 and H1 2026
  • Campaign proposition & copy development, ensuring all messaging aligns with our brand and business goals
  • Collaborating with channel leads to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and campaign assets
  • Working closely with acquisition and growth teams to support their KPIs through strategic messaging and positioning
  • Contributing to campaign performance analysis and helping the team continuously optimise based on insight
  • Partnering with our Brand & Campaigns team to bring campaign ideas to life and share performance learning
