Te Tūranga | About the Role We’re looking for a Planning and Reliability Lead to join our engineering team at our Belfast site, North Christchurch. This is a role with real influence on how reliability, planning, and asset performance are delivered across the site. This position plays a critical role in shaping the full asset lifecycle, ensuring our equipment, systems, and maintenance strategies deliver safe, reliable, and efficient outcomes. You’ll be accountable for planning excellence, using our MEX system. It will be second nature to deliver effective, preventative maintenance strategies and top-notch coordination of all planned asset-related activities. Beyond day‑to‑day delivery, this role is about lifting capability. You’ll be a key driver of our continuous improvement journey, helping us evolve how reliability and maintenance planning are thought about, executed, and embedded across the engineering function. What you’ll have ownership of: * Leading and developing the Planning & Reliability team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and proactive problem-solving * Providing strategic asset leadership, including long-term planning, asset controls, and reliability-focused decision-making * Ensuring robust preventive and reliability-based maintenance plans are in place to maximise asset life, reliability, and production uptime * Managing the engineering budget and capital/project portfolio, balancing operational needs with longer-term investment * Championing best practice approaches to maintenance, reliability, and planning across the site   Ōu Pūkenga | About You You’re an experienced engineering or maintenance leader who understands how strong planning and reliability practices underpin safe, high‑performing operations. You bring technical credibility, but equally, you know that results come from people, collaboration, and influence. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering - you recognise capability in others and know how to leverage strengths to achieve better outcomes. You build genuine relationships across teams and functions and bring a considered, proactive approach to health, safety, and risk. Ideally, you’ll bring: * A relevant tertiary qualification or trade background in maintenance or engineering * 5+ years’ experience in a leadership or senior influencing role within maintenance, engineering, or reliability * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical audiences * Confidence using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel), Access databases, and MEX or similar CMMS systems * Solid knowledge of plant mechanical and engineering practices, standards, and maintenance policies   Tono Mai | To Apply Click Apply below to submit your application.
