Responsibilities : • Manage the monthly and weekly planning processes. Balance hardware production and supply with changing customer demand. Use SAP ECC (PO) and Kinaxis (forecast/commit) system. • Frequent communication with PLM in Lexington to ensure adherence to customer and supply chain requirements. Analyze and understand weekly forecast, including forecast changes by geography and product. • Negotiate supply with printer manufacturers by understanding the bottleneck , obstacles etc. and make initiatives to drive improvements. Participate in the weekly supply planning collaboration call that drives the factory to align supply with demand. • Collaborate activities (allocation, shortage, BO...etc) between the Geography Planning teams (NA, EMEA, AP). Requires telephone calls if needed. • Provide assistance at various stages of product life: new product intro support (component availability, export logistics, etc), and end of life (component last-buy, scrap minimization) • Manage all data and reports related to planning activity. Publish and present WW Supply/Demand Outlooks • Perform “bridging” analysis to explain changes in inventory and supply. • Develop processes to accomplish above responsibilities.
