Play a key role within the Distribution team shaping how strategy is defined, executed and measured across the business. Leading a team of specialists, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders across Distribution, Finance and Strategy to set direction and bring strategy to life through clear, practical execution plans. You’ll also uplift how performance is tracked and outcomes are delivered. Operating in a complex, fast-evolving environment, you’ll drive alignment, accountability and impact, with direct exposure to senior Distribution and cross divisional leadership. This is a 12-month max-term role based in multiple locations across Australia. What You'll Do Lead the development of Distribution strategy and planning activities, aligned with broader business priorities Translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives and measurable outcomes Oversee major programs of work, ensuring delivery stays on track and is effectively embedded into the business Own and evolve the Distribution quality and performance framework, strengthening how commercial and customer outcomes are tracked and delivered Lead business planning and executive reporting cycles Lead a high-performing team, working closely with senior stakeholders across Distribution What You'll Bring Experience leading strategy and planning in complex environments, preferably within insurance or financial services Proven ability to translate strategy into plans, routines and measurable commercial and customer outcomes Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at senior leadership level Demonstrated people leadership capability, building and developing high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret commercial, operational and customer performance data Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and evolving priorities Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, management or a related discipline (desirable) What We Offer Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard. 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).
