Description

Key responsibilities Planning execution & coordination * Supervise daily production planning and scheduling activities to align with customer demand and factory capacity * Ensure feasible production plans considering material availability, capacity constraints, and priorities * Coordinate with purchasing, production, logistics, and engineering to resolve supply or capacity gaps * Monitor WIP levels and manage order release to maintain stable flow Team leadership * Lead, coach, and develop production planners to achieve performance and development objectives * Define roles, responsibilities, and workload balancing within the planning team * Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team environment Performance management * Track and drive improvement of key planning KPIs such as: * Production plan adherence / attainment * On-time delivery * Schedule stability * Inventory and WIP levels * Backlog management * Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions Process improvement * Standardize planning processes, parameters, and master data governance * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on flow, lead time reduction, and predictability * Support digitalization and system enhancements related to planning tools and ERP Communication & escalation * Provide clear planning outlook and risk visibility to management * Escalate material shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery risks with mitigation proposals * Support S&OP / IBP processes with planning inputs Preferred Skills * Planning and organization * Leadership and coaching * Cross-functional collaboration * Data-driven decision making * Continuous improvement mindset * Accountability and ownership * 3–5+ years experience in production planning or supply chain within manufacturing * Strong ERP/MRP knowledge * Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability Required Qualifications * 3–5+ years experience in production planning or supply chain within manufacturing * Strong ERP/MRP knowledge * Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability #LI-LJ1 Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
