About the OpportunityAn established and growing wealth management and financial planning business is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Planning Support Administrator to join its Advice Delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the onboarding and servicing journey.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding service and support to clients at all times.
  • Manage client onboarding and ongoing servicing processes efficiently.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers, paraplanners, and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and other channels.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilise CRM systems effectively.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and business projects as required.


  • About YouWe're looking for someone who is:Highly organised and delivery-focused.
  • Experienced in a client-facing administrative role.
  • Ideally experienced within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.
  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their development.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.


  • DesirableKnowledge of investment and financial planning products such as ISAs, GIAs, pensions, and bonds.
  • Experience challenging and improving existing processes.


  • What's on OfferCompetitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
