Position Overview  Responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining planograms that optimize product placement, shelf space utilization, and category performance. This role combines data analysis, merchandising strategy, and space planning to drive sales, improve customer experience, and ensure alignment with brand and category objectives. Essential Job Functions * Develop, update, and maintain planograms for assigned categories and store formats * Analyze sales and space data to optimize shelf layouts * Ensure planogram compliance with merchandising standards, brand guidelines, and store constraints * Partner with clients and/or marketing team to create planogram proposals * Support new product introductions * Respond to store feedback and operational challenges related to planogram execution * Analyze changes made to the planograms and inform stakeholders  * Maintain image library through extracting images from various resources * Assist in the collection and labeling of live samples for use in live test sets * Attend and assist with live test sets, acting as a company representative ensuring best in class merchandising Skills and Competency Requirements * Data-driven merchandising decision making * Visual and spatial reasoning * Cross-function collaboration * Strong attention to detail & organization * Strong written and oral communication  * Ability to manage several projects simultaneously to completion Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred * 2+ years of experience in planogramming, space planning or category analytics * Experience working with large-scale retail, CPG environments, or familiarity with consumer behavior and shopper insights a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word) * Proficiency in planogram software (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder Space Planning, Nielsen Spaceman, Apollo)
