LOCATION: MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA (HYBRID)

Responsibilities

A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

Working with a supportive manager and an experienced team, this role will be a great way to learn more about the financial services industry, as well as give you the ability to gain exposure to great opportunities for career growth and development.
Reporting to a Team Leader, the Client Services Associate is a specialist role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high quality service to clients and the respective client’s employee plan participants.
You will work closely with the Team Leader and internal stakeholders to ensure all functions and activity of their client accounts are anticipated, actioned and when required, reviewed in order to meet strict deadlines.

SOME OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of Client Account and day to day operations of Client’s Employee Share Plans
  • Generation and provision of Employee Share Plan and Regulatory reports to clients
  • Writing and maintaining of internal system documentation and procedures
  • Responding to employee share plan participant and client email enquiries
  • Maintaining employee information held in internal systems and databases
  • Maintenance of internal timetables for all clients in terms (as they relate to dividends, ad hoc payments, offers and statements)
  • Preparation of Allocations and processing of Vesting related items that fall around these tasks

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities and someone who is a whizz with excel. Having a data entry background or similar and the ability to compete complex processing using self-discovery, is essential to success within this role.

OTHER KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and strong time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products
  • Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
    Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and the financial services will be highly regarded.
